Main Responsibilities
Support the development and completion of tasks arising from risk-based self-audit processes, ensuring alignment with the contract, legislation, and relevant Prison Service Orders.
Comply with Sodexo’s strategic direction, Contract Delivery Indicators, MoJ/NOMS service specifications, and all Health and Safety regulations.
Collect and analyse data, providing commentary and insights for the Compliance and Senior Management Team, and highlighting any issues or concerns.
Maintain and coordinate the development and review of Local Operating Procedures.
Liaise with and coordinate external and independent audits.
Provide detailed performance reports and data analysis aligned with key performance targets.
Manage the prisoner Request & Complaint system effectively and in accordance with policies.

The Ideal Candidate
Essential:
Experience in a similar administrative role or environment
Confident using relevant IT systems and applications
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Skilled in managing competing priorities
Desirable:
Experience in the health, social welfare, or voluntary sector
Knowledge of the English legal system
Package Description
Salary: ££24,570 per annum
Full-time position
Monday - Friday
