We have an opportunity for an IFM Site Lead to deliver all services across this Pharmaceutical contract based in Cambridge.

Role Responsibility

To deliver an ethos that promotes IFM with value focused on the customer and service to support AZ scientific success.
Implement the site asset management strategy and delivery of asset maintenance, ensuring effective asset lifecycle management for buildings, facilities and equipment at sites.
Lead a local team in the service delivery of technical and soft services.
The role holder will ensure compliance with all relevant statutory and regulatory obligations for asset management, ensuring competence and performance of internal and external resources and maintain assurance of compliance for their assets.
The role holder will be the nominated as accountable person and building manager for buildings.
Sodexo cost centre manager for all services in their nominated area.

The Ideal Candidate

Member of BIFM
IOSH Certificate in Managing Safely
High level of practical knowledge of relevant employment, hygiene, Health and Safety and general legislative requirements
Member level of HCIMA
Member level of CIOB
NEBOSH Qualified
Associate level of CIBSE
Member level of IEEE
