General Services Manager

We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic General Services Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation in Paisley.

As a General Services Manager you'll: 

• Lead a multi site operational team
• Establish and develop key relationships with clients and external service providers
• Ensure uninterrupted delivery of all facility operations 
• Ensure statutory regulations regarding hygiene, food safety, health and safety and equal opportunities are complied with
• Ensure all in house training and staff development is carried out
• Supervise recruitment of Management and supervisory staff
• Deliver financial objectives
• Meet all contractual KPI and SLA's

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience in an FM leadership/ management role
• High level of practical knowledge of SHE and legislative requirements
• Understanding of operating in a GxP/ quality environment
• Experience of delivering soft and security services through a management team across one or more sites
• Experience of leading a large team and significant budget
• Significant experience within a multi service line FM environment
