Lifeguard – Sodexo | Corporal Budd VC Gymnasium, Berechurch Road, Colchester, Essex, CO2 9RQ
Join our team at Sodexo as a Lifeguard, where you’ll play a key role in ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our guests and colleagues. You'll help keep our fitness facilities running smoothly, maintaining cleanliness and safety while providing excellent support to pool users.
What You’ll Do:
- Be the go-to person for pool users, offering assistance and ensuring a positive experience.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness in the pool, gym, and changing areas.
- Monitor and replenish stock and consumables as needed.
- Champion health and safety practices—if you spot a potential hazard, report it to keep everyone safe.
What You Bring:
- National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ)
- Strong knowledge of pool cleaning chemicals and safety procedures.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- A proactive attitude and pride in maintaining a clean, safe space.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt when needed.
- A team-oriented mindset with the ability to follow instructions effectively.
