What you’ll do:
  • Ensure all company financial targets and client expectations are met with utmost efficiency and within budget, providing transparent financial breakdowns as required.
  • Develop and execute a unit business plan that aligns with the division's 3-year strategy, focusing on continuous improvement and business growth.
  • Foster a culture of customer service excellence, ensuring high satisfaction levels among client staff through exceptional catering and hospitality services.
  • Manage client relationships proactively, surpassing expectations and ensuring timely and effective service delivery.
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and management of staff, promoting a culture of development, safety, and shared objectives.
What you bring:
  • A minimum of 3-5 years in leadership and management roles, preferably within a similar sector.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and team-building skills, with a knack for inspiring and leading teams.
  • Strong financial acumen, including proficiency in creating graphs and spreadsheets using Excel.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Word, including mail merge, and a solid understanding of front-of-house operations and customer service principles.
  • A National Diploma/Degree or equivalent qualification, complemented by a commitment to continuous personal and professional development.
