Job Introduction

Are you an experienced Facilities Management Coordinator or General Service Manager who is looking for a new opportunity to showcase your skills and knowledge?  

Sodexo are currently recruiting for a Facilities Manager to join our team working at our prestigious client site based in Romsey. 

This client facing role will put you at the heart of a global technology company who are undertaking several exciting projects. As a result, there is a real focus on the development of the service that Sodexo offer and an overall expansion of the client site. 

If you have a background in FM Coordination either technical (ideally) or nontechnical, alongside people management experience this is a fantastic opportunity for you to join our team.

Working closely with both the onsite Sodexo team and the client, you will ensure the smooth delivery of the day-to-day FM services.

Managing the on-site contract and all services to the agreed standards, ensuring that deadlines and targets are achieved.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have experience working as either a Coordinator or GSM in a Facilities Management environment. 

 You will also have:
  • Previous experience of operational management in FM environment
  • Experience of working in a client facing role 
  • People management experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple workloads and shifting priorities
  • Positive approach to learning in role and identifying own training needs as appropriate
  • Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative within a team environment 
 Salary & Benefits

You will receive a salary of between £40,000 - £50,000 based on experience, plus access to a suite of excellent benefits.
