  • Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm
  • You will be covering one of these shift patterns and there is a rota for emergency on call support
  • 40 hours per week

About the Role: 

  • Undertake maintenance and reactive activity to a wide range of Electrical Building Services equipment including HVAS systems, LV systems, general lighting, building controls, small power, and distribution, BMS systems and other equipment found in modern corporate premises
  • Undertake within your levels of competency, inspection and reactive activity wide range of Mechanical Building Services equipment including but not limited to heating boilers, pumps, compressed air systems, sanitary ware, fan coil and air handling units and BMS systems and other equipment found in modern commercial/industrial premises
  • Direct management of 1 member of Engineering staff
  • Use of IT systems (Handheld device)
  • Inspecting completed electrical works
  • Ensure planned and reactive tasks are completed in a timely and compliant completion
  • Work in partnership with the Helpdesk Administration team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Providing administrative support to the site manager
  • Liaising with client, ensuring client is kept up to date with work to be carried out and is included in any planning required if works to be carried out could cause disruption

What we're looking for:

  • City and Guilds Level 3 in Electrical
  • Experience of PPM, reactive and installation work
  • Good computer skills (MS Office, PDA’s etc)
  • Experience in customer facing situations
