What you’ll do:

Apply your technical knowledge of BEMS controls and HVAC systems to optimise equipment and develop scoping documents for BEMS improvement projects.
Collaborate with sales teams, Technical Directors, and Account Managers to expand remote monitoring services across client sites.
Support client and Sodexo’s net zero carbon commitments through efficient site management and maintenance.
Manage stakeholders effectively throughout project delivery ensuring expected results.
Apply knowledge of BEMS manufacturer and model nuances to optimise site operations.
Oversee IoT sensor technology deployment and establish remote connectivity.
Complete sub-metering surveys, provide metering strategies, and support implementation of metering upgrades.

What you bring:

Degree in a relevant subject or proven experience in the field, complemented by professional membership of a relevant institution (e.g. Energy Institute, IEMA).
Demonstrable BEMS engineering, metering and sub-metering experience.
Proficient in IoT sensor and platform operation and familiar with Building Regulation sub-metering requirements.
Knowledge and experience of EV charge point installation, maintenance, and operations.
Understanding of sustainability-related legislative requirements and experience in optimising energy and water assets.
Strong customer relationship, communication skills, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Competence with MS 365 and experience with facilities management and/or CAFM systems.
