The Integrated Offender Management Unit (IOMU) sits at the heart of HMP Bronzefield, providing vital administrative support to ensure that every prisoner has a purposeful and well-structured plan throughout their sentence and beyond. As an IOMU Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting operational teams and acting as a central point of contact for colleagues and external partners.

Provide comprehensive administrative support, including file management, diary coordination, and handling internal and external correspondence.
Act as the single point of contact for all Public Protection and Safeguarding matters, ensuring timely communication with relevant agencies.
Liaise effectively with external partners such as Probation Services, Social Services, and Courts to support offender management processes.
Prepare documentation and coordinate meetings for Parole Reviews, Sentence Planning Boards, and other key activities.
Maintain strict adherence to policies, procedures, and security requirements while meeting all deadlines.
Demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, and commitment to continuous improvement in line with Sodexo values.
