Deliver great food and service every day

Sodexo is looking for a reliable and customer-focused Hospitality Assistant to join our team at the Microsoft Campus.

You’ll support food and beverage preparation and service, maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, and help create a welcoming experience for customers and clients.

What you’ll do

• Assist with food and beverage preparation and presentation

• Provide friendly, polite and efficient customer service

• Set up and replenish food service counters

• Support tea and coffee stations

• Assist with deliveries and safe food storage

• Manage stock rotation and support stock-taking when required

• Complete cleaning duties across kitchen, service and dining areas

• Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and presentation

• Follow all Health & Safety, hygiene, fire and chemical safety procedures

• Support special functions and events when required

• Work flexibly across different areas and support colleagues during busy periods

• Participate in required training and team meetings

What you’ll bring

• Previous hospitality, catering or food service experience is desirable but not essential

• A friendly and professional approach to customer service

• Good awareness of cleanliness, hygiene and safe working practices

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Good attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards

• Reliable, flexible and willing to support colleagues

• A commitment to learning and completing required training
