We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Community and Social Impact Coordinator to join our team at Homerton Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. This is an exciting opportunity for a relationship driven professional with experience in community engagement, employability programmes, apprenticeships, sustainability, social value, corporate social responsibility, or community investment initiatives. Working closely with NHS stakeholders, local authorities, charities, education providers, and internal teams, you will play a pivotal role in delivering employment, skills, volunteering, environmental and social value programmes that make a lasting difference to local people and communities.

Lead and deliver Social Value programmes that create measurable benefits for local communities, supporting employment, skills development, volunteering, sustainability and community engagement initiatives
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including NHS Trust representatives, local authorities, Jobcentre Plus, education providers, charities, community organisations and employability partners
Work closely with HR and recruitment teams to maximise employment opportunities for local residents, with a focus on supporting disadvantaged and underrepresented groups into meaningful work
Develop and coordinate apprenticeship, work experience and employability programmes, including careers events, mentoring initiatives, CV workshops and interview preparation sessions
Manage partnerships with schools, colleges, universities and community education providers to create pathways into training, apprenticeships and employment opportunities
Lead community engagement and volunteering activities, promoting social impact initiatives and encouraging colleague participation in local community projects
Drive sustainability and environmental improvement programmes, supporting waste reduction, recycling, circular economy projects and wider net zero objectives
Monitor, measure and report on Social Value performance, producing impact reports, case studies and presentations that demonstrate contractual outcomes and community benefits to clients and senior stakeholders
