Job Introduction

Sodexo Live! is looking for an experienced Health & Safety Manager to support four distinctive venues across the South: Millwall Football Club, Kent County Cricket Club, The Wallace Collection and the Royal Academy of Arts.

This is an exciting regional opportunity to shape a positive safety culture across a diverse portfolio spanning sport, hospitality, events, art and heritage. Working closely with site leadership teams, you will provide trusted guidance across health and safety, food safety, fire safety, risk management, employee wellbeing and business continuity.

You will spend time across each venue, building strong relationships, identifying opportunities for improvement and helping teams turn safety standards into effective everyday practices. From leading incident investigations and supporting audits to using performance data to reduce risk, you will play an influential role in strengthening our Zero Harm Mindset and ensuring our people, clients and guests are protected.

If you are a confident HSEQ professional who enjoys working across multiple locations, influencing at every level and making a visible difference within fast-paced, customer-focused environments, we would love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

  • Provide expert guidance on health and safety, food safety, fire safety, employee wellbeing and HSEQ best practice.
  • Support multiple venues in implementing Sodexo’s Safety Management System, policies and procedures.
  • Carry out regular site visits, safety reviews and audits, providing practical feedback and clear improvement actions.
  • Lead investigations into accidents, incidents, complaints and regulatory interventions, identifying root causes and recommending corrective action.
  • Help sites identify, assess, record and effectively manage operational risks.
  • Support the development, implementation and testing of site-level business continuity plans.
  • Monitor HSEQ performance, audit schedules and action plans to ensure issues are resolved within agreed timescales.
  • Engage and influence teams at all levels to strengthen the Zero Harm Mindset and continually improve safety performance.
