About the role

Sodexo is entering an exciting new phase of expansion across Ireland, and as part of this growth, they are seeking a dynamic Head of Procurement (Procurement Manager) to lead, elevate, and future‑proof their procurement function.

You will take full ownership of the procurement strategy across Ireland, ensuring best‑in‑class supplier management, commercial optimisation, and operational excellence. As the business expands, you’ll shape the roadmap, build capability, and drive continuous improvement across all categories.

This is a rare opportunity to join a fast‑scaling organisation where procurement is seen as a strategic engine, not a back‑office function. You’ll be joining at a pivotal moment, with the autonomy to design and deliver a procurement function that supports long‑term expansion across Ireland. This is a brand new role designed to fuel our ongoing growth. It’s not about filling a gap - it’s about strengthening our team as we scale and invest in the future of the Sodexo

Join Sodexo and be part of something greater. You belong in a team where you can act with purpose and thrive in your own way.
