37.5 hours per week
Monday to Friday 5:00am - 1:00pm. However, flexibility may be required to cover weekend working on occasion to meet business needs

Lead and motivate your team to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed on time and to a high standard following SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures)
Management of your team, including but not limited to, holidays, absence, return to work, schedules, rotas, half yearly staff reviews
Provide ongoing feedback and support to your team to ensure their success and well-being
Ensure all team members training is kept up to date
High level cleaning involving use of powered access platforms (Scissor lift/cherry picker)
You will be carrying out cleaning duties yourself
You will be required to wear appropriate protective clothing on shift as required by site. This will be provided and includes items such as a hair net (due to this being a clean room environment)
Maintain cleanliness in break out areas, kitchens, toilets, shower and changing areas in a clean room environment, communal areas and corridors, ensuring a sterile hygiene environment
Ordering of consumable products
Conduct cleaning audits and ensuring remedial action where required
Complete monthly stock takes and manage onsite stock levels
Champion health and safety practices, conducting regular safety checks and reporting hazards
Deliver excellent customer service, responding to queries and concerns professionally
Use of cleaning equipment, such as buffers, will be required
Experience as a cleaning supervisor, or as a cleaner with supervisory experience (even if from another type of job role)
Attention to detail and passionate to ensure that high standards are maintained
Experienced in adhering to and driving company initiatives

IT and Systems literate (basic knowledge of Spreadsheets/Excel preferred)
