At Sodexo, you'll belong in a team where your attention to detail makes a real difference. We're looking for a reliable and motivated Cleaning Operative to join our team at Clyde Union Cleaning in Cathcart, Glasgow.
Whether you have previous cleaning experience or are looking to start a new career, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed. Your work will help create a safe, hygienic and welcoming environment for everyone on site.
What you'll do
- Vacuum, mop and clean designated areas
- Polish surfaces and fixtures
- Empty waste bins and dispose of waste correctly
- Clean washrooms to a high standard
- Replenish consumables where required
- Follow cleaning schedules and procedures
- Use cleaning equipment and products safely
- Maintain high hygiene and health & safety standards
What you'll bring

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good time management skills
- Commitment to delivering high cleaning standards
- Previous cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided
