About the role
At Sodexo, our cleaning teams play an important role in creating safe, clean and welcoming environments for everyone who uses our sites.
We’re looking for reliable and enthusiastic Cleaners / Cleaning Operatives to join our team. You don’t necessarily need previous cleaning experience. What’s most important is a positive attitude, attention to detail and pride in delivering a great service.
What you’ll do
As part of our cleaning team, you’ll:
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the site.
- Clean areas such as offices, washrooms, kitchens, corridors and communal spaces, depending on the site.
- Empty waste and replenish cleaning and hygiene supplies as required.
- Follow agreed cleaning schedules and health and safety procedures.
- Use cleaning equipment and products safely and correctly.
- Work as part of a supportive team to create a positive environment for colleagues, customers and visitors.
What we’re looking for
- A positive and proactive approach
- Good attention to detail
- Reliability and a strong work ethic
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety
- Previous cleaning experience is welcome, but not essential
