Join Sodexo as a Cleaner in Liverpool, working within a professional and supportive environment. In this important role, you’ll help maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the site, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and well-presented space for everyone.
You’ll take responsibility for a range of cleaning duties, including general upkeep of communal areas, washrooms, and workspaces, following clear cleaning schedules and health & safety standards. Attention to detail and pride in your work will be key as you help ensure the environment is consistently clean and compliant.

What you’ll do:
- Carry out scheduled cleaning tasks across all areas, including kitchens, meeting rooms, toilets, and offices, ensuring work is completed in a timely manner
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the site and replenish consumables such as toilet roll, hand soap, sanitiser, blue roll, and handwipes
- Follow all company policies and procedures relating to infection control, security, and COSHH, and complete any required training
- Work safely at all times by wearing the correct PPE and adhering to all relevant Sodexo processes and health & safety guidelines
- Report any safety concerns, faults, or equipment issues to your line manager and remain flexible to support other areas, cover additional floors, and assist during absences or holidays as required
What you bring:
- Experience working in a similar role, ideally within a corporate office environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to demonstrate clear verbal and written communication
- Ability to work independently using own initiative, as well as effectively within a team
- Understanding of and ability to work in line with relevant data protection regulations
- High level of attention to detail with a strong commitment to maintaining standards, plus a willingness to undertake additional training such as first aid and security awareness as required
