About the role
Due to security clearance requirements, applicants must have been continuously resident in the UK for the past three years. Additionally, due to the location of the site, candidates must be able to travel to and from the workplace reliably.

Working alongside military personnel, you'll help maintain clean, safe, and welcoming facilities, ensuring high standards of hygiene and cleanliness across the site while contributing to the smooth running of an important operational setting.

What you’ll do:
- Carry out all cleaning tasks as directed by the cleaning supervisor or manager, following the required cleaning schedule and service standards
- Maintain a safe, hygienic working environment by adhering to all infection control, COSHH, and site-specific cleaning procedures
- Use cleaning equipment, materials, and methods correctly, including colour-coded systems
- Wear the correct uniform and personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times, maintaining a professional and tidy appearance
- Report any faults, defects, or equipment issues promptly, and complete any additional reasonable duties as required by management
What you bring:
- Previous experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or facilities services, ideally within a busy or customer-facing environment
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Ability to follow instructions, cleaning schedules, and site procedures accurately and consistently
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Understanding of basic Health & Safety practices, including safe use of cleaning products and equipment (COSHH awareness desirable)
