Job Description
We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Cleaning Operative to join our team and help maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment across the site.
You’ll carry out a range of daily, weekly, periodic and specialist cleaning duties, following cleaning schedules and maintaining high standards of cleanliness in line with client and company requirements.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver high-quality cleaning services across the site.
- Follow cleaning schedules and complete daily, weekly, periodic and specialist cleaning tasks.
- Use cleaning equipment, materials and products safely and correctly.
- Maintain clean, tidy and hygienic work areas.
- Achieve required cleaning quality and productivity standards.
- Follow all Health & Safety, COSHH, PPE, uniform and fire procedures.
- Report accidents, near misses, equipment faults and other concerns to management.
- Look after cleaning equipment, materials and supplies and report any defects.
- Maintain professional and positive relationships with customers, clients and colleagues.
- Attend team meetings, briefings and training as required.
- Work flexibly across different areas of the site when required.

Previous cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided where required.
