Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and committed Cleaning Operative to join our team and provide high-quality cleaning services across Tidworth Garrison 2 site.
You will play an important role in maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment for our customers, colleagues and client. You will be expected to consistently meet the required cleaning standards and work effectively as part of a wider team.
What You’ll Do:
- Maintain all areas of responsibility to the required standard of cleanliness within the agreed timescales.
- Follow cleaning schedules, procedures and service standards at all times.
- Provide cleaning support across the site, using appropriate cleaning equipment, materials and supplies.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, customers and colleagues.
- Follow all Sodexo company policies and procedures, as well as client site rules and regulations.
- Attend team briefings, huddles and meetings as required.
- Maintain a clean, tidy and organised working environment.
- Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and wear the appropriate uniform and PPE.
- Take care of cleaning equipment, materials and other resources.
- Report accidents, near misses, faulty equipment or other issues promptly to management.
- Communicate effectively with your line manager, colleagues, customers and the client.
- Complete all required training and continue to develop your skills and knowledge.
- Attend performance and development reviews as required.
- Carry out other reasonable duties and instructions as directed by management.
