What you’ll do
- Ordering & stock control
- Maintain kitchen & service area standards
- Compliance & paperwork
- Team leadership — manage, train and develop a team of 14
- Rota & labor management — complete weekly rotas on time and manage labour within budget.
- Billing & financial tasks
- Client liaison —attend meetings
- HR & people management - Handle HR Issues
- Email & communication management —manage inbox professionally
What you bring
- Organized and reliable
- Team Leadership experience
- Strong communication skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Client relationship management
- Food Safety Level 3
- Knowledge of compliance systems
- Ability to work within a Hospital environment
