You’ll have the opportunity to put your culinary skills to work, preparing fresh, nutritious and delicious meals for a busy site, while working alongside a supportive team in a professional kitchen environment.

What you'll do:
- Support the smooth running of the kitchen, including food preparation, service and general kitchen duties.
- Prepare, cook and present food to a consistently high standard.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene and EHO guidelines to ensure a safe and compliant kitchen.
- Work closely with the front-of-house team to deliver friendly, efficient and excellent service.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, ensuring all kitchen sanitation procedures are followed.
- Help keep the kitchen organised, efficient and running smoothly throughout service.
What you bring:
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Catering is desirable, or previous experience working in a busy professional kitchen.
- Basic IT skills and confidence using everyday computer systems.
- Experience with menu preparation and the confidence to contribute ideas and suggestions.
- Experience of bulk cooking and preparing food for larger numbers.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn, develop and build your skills.
- Due to security requirements, you must have been continuously resident in the UK for the last 3 years to be eligible for this position.
