What you’ll do:

• Prepare and serve delicious, high-quality meals and refreshments on time, ensuring every dish meets Sodexo’s standards and exceeds client and customer expectations.
• Take pride in delivering food to a consistently high standard, while paying close attention to special dietary requirements and allergens, including nut, dairy and wheat allergies.
• Support the smooth running of all hospitality services, from food preparation and service through to clear-down, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience for every customer.
• Work as part of the wider team to maintain a safe, clean and efficient working environment, responding quickly and appropriately to any incidents, including accidents, fire, food safety concerns, loss or damage.
• Get involved in team meetings, training and development opportunities to build your skills and continue delivering an excellent service.

What you'll bring:

• High standards and a strong commitment to maintaining excellent food hygiene and safety standards.
• A positive team player who works well with colleagues and contributes to a supportive working environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to communicate effectively with customers, clients and colleagues.
• Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
• Good literacy and numeracy skills.
• A professional, reliable and organised approach to work.
• 5706/2, NVQ Level 2 Chef qualification or equivalent culinary qualification.
