As a Chef 3 at Sodexo within our Diageo site in Leven, you’ll play an important role in delivering high-quality food and excellent service within a busy kitchen environment. This is a fast-paced role where organisation, flexibility and attention to detail are essential.
You’ll support the wider kitchen team with food preparation, service delivery and maintaining excellent hygiene standards while ensuring all meals are prepared safely and efficiently.
What you’ll do
- Prepare and serve food to a high standard
- Support the kitchen team with daily food preparation and service
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the kitchen
- Follow all food safety and health & safety procedures
- Assist with stock rotation and storage
- Work flexibly to support the needs of the business
What you bring
- Food Safety Level 2 qualification as a minimum
- Strong food preparation knowledge and knife skills
- Allergy awareness training desirable
- Ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced environment
- Organised, hardworking and reliable approach
- Good communication and teamwork skills
