What you’ll do:

  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes with passion, precision, and consistency.
  • Support the Catering Manager in delivering all catering services to agreed standards and specifications.
  • Take responsibility for kitchen operations in the absence of the Catering Manager.
  • Maintain excellent food hygiene, health & safety, and compliance with all regulations at all times.
  • Contribute ideas to enhance menus, improve processes, and support a positive kitchen culture.
  • Ensure full compliance with statutory, company, and site health & safety requirements, including equipment monitoring.

What you bring:

  • Proven experience leading and managing a kitchen team in a fast-paced catering environment.
  • Strong industry knowledge with awareness of current catering trends, innovations, and best practice.
  • Passion for food, creativity, and delivering consistently high-quality dishes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively and work under pressure.
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and compliance, with relevant culinary qualifications preferred.
