We are looking for a reliable and experienced Chef De Partie to support the delivery of high-quality food services in a busy corporate environment. You will play a key role in maintaining food safety standards, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting day-to-day kitchen and café operations.

What you'll do

• Follow all HR, food safety, and health & safety policies
• Work safely using correct PPE and procedures
• Maintain high standards of food safety and allergen compliance
• Deliver excellent customer service at all times
• Support café and hospitality services during opening hours
• Complete hospitality orders accurately with allergen information
• Maintain and restock vending and coffee machines
• Prepare and present food to a high standard
• Follow recipes, portion control, and waste procedures
• Ensure menu availability throughout service
• Keep allergen information accurate and up to date
• Order food and consumables as required
• Resolve supplier issues and monitor product quality
• Ensure stock rotation and minimise waste
• Support and motivate team members
• Assist with inductions and training
• Report issues, faults, and near misses promptly
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Support EHO compliance and audits
• Complete all food safety documentation accurately
• Assist with stock takes and cost control
• Monitor waste and support GP targets
• Ensure all paperwork is accurate and up to date

What you'll bring

• Experience in a similar catering or supervisory role
• Relevant culinary qualification or equivalent professional experience required
• Strong knowledge of food safety and allergen management
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive and team-focused approach
