We currently have an opportunity for casual Chef de Partie to join our amazing team.

What you'll do
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a consistently high standard
- Manage your section efficiently during service
- Ensure food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards are maintained
- Support junior team members and contribute to a positive kitchen culture
- Assist with menu development and daily specials
- Work across multiple kitchen styles including plated meals, street food, and event catering
What you'll bring
About you
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up
- Passion for fresh, high-quality food
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong team player with a positive attitude
- Knowledge of food safety standards
