Sodexo is seeking dedicated and reliable Domestic Cleaners to join our healthcare team across a variety of locations in the Ipswich area, including Allington Clinic, Chantry Clinic, Constantine House, St Helens House, St Helens Street, Sudbury House, Walker Close, and Whitton Clinic.

In this important role, you will help maintain safe, clean, and welcoming environments for patients, visitors, and healthcare professionals. Your attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness will play a vital part in supporting patient wellbeing and ensuring healthcare facilities operate effectively.

What you’ll do:

• Maintain cleanliness in patient rooms, wards, communal spaces, restrooms, and other hospital areas
• Strip and clean beds, collect used linen for processing
• Clean surfaces, including desks, ceilings, vents, blinds, and walls, to maintain a hygienic environment
• Perform daily tasks such as dusting, mopping, vacuuming, sweeping, floor polishing, and replenishing supplies
• Empty waste bins and manage refuse in line with hospital protocols
• Promote and maintain a safe, healthy environment for all patients, staff, and visitors
