What You'll Do:
- Prepare and serve fresh, high-quality breakfast dishes with attention to detail and a passion for great food
- Support the Head Chef and wider kitchen team with food preparation, stock rotation, and smooth breakfast service
- Deliver excellent customer service during breakfast service, ensuring guests receive a welcoming and efficient experience
- Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and health & safety across the kitchen and service areas
- Assist with kitchen and dining area cleaning duties, ensuring all equipment and workspaces are kept clean and organised
- Contribute to a positive and supportive kitchen culture while bringing enthusiasm and new ideas to the team
What You Bring:
- Proven experience as a Chef in a high volume setting
- Professional cookery or culinary qualifications
- Strong organisational skills with an ability to prioritise tasks
- Commitment to maintaining the highest food safety and hygiene standards
