At Sodexo, we’re committed to delivering safe, clean, and efficient workplaces for our clients. We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team at Toyota Motor Manufacturing UK in Derby.

This role is based within a large-scale industrial and corporate setting, where maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene is essential to supporting daily operations and ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.

What you’ll do:

• Carry out cleaning duties across office areas, welfare facilities, corridors, and toilets

• Support cleaning within light industrial and production-adjacent areas where required

• Complete routine tasks such as dusting, wiping surfaces, vacuuming, and mopping

• Ensure waste is collected, segregated, and disposed of in line with site procedures

• Replenish consumables including soap, paper towels, and toilet rolls

• Follow all Health & Safety procedures, including the safe use of cleaning chemicals and equipment

• Maintain high standards of hygiene in line with manufacturing and workplace requirements

• Report any faults, hazards, or maintenance issues to the supervisor

• Work independently and as part of a wider team to ensure consistent service delivery

What you’ll bring:

• Previous cleaning experience in a commercial, industrial, or manufacturing environment is desirable, but not essential

• A strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• A reliable, flexible, and proactive approach

• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
