Job Title: Audio Visual Technician (Junior)

Salary: £15.55 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (7:00–19:00 shifts)
Contract Type: Permanent – Full Time

About the Role


We are looking for an AV Junior to join our team at Diageo 1HQ in London. This is a hands-on role supporting the delivery of high-quality audio-visual services across meeting rooms and event spaces.

You will play a key part in ensuring seamless day-to-day AV operations, supporting hybrid meetings, live streaming, and internal content production. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong interest in AV technology who is looking to build their experience in a professional corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up, test, and maintain AV equipment in meeting rooms and event spaces
  • Provide real-time support for meetings, conferences, and events
  • Assist with hybrid meeting technology, including video conferencing platforms
  • Troubleshoot AV and technical issues quickly and effectively
  • Support live streaming, filming, and photography requirements
  • Ensure all equipment is maintained to a high standard and ready for use
  • Deliver excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

  • Basic experience or a strong interest in AV systems and technology
  • Familiarity with video conferencing platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or WebEx
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
