Presentations Designer FTC 7 Months

We are looking for a Presentation Designer to support our London office in creating, editing and formatting high-quality presentations and marketing materials. This role will also provide support to overseas teams when capacity allows.

This position plays an important part in delivering a high-quality, client-focused service. You will be expected to build strong relationships, work safely and ensure full compliance with company standards.

What you'll do

  • Create visually engaging, brand-consistent presentations and documents using PowerPoint, Word and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Design bespoke templates and incorporate graphics to ensure content is clear and impactful
  • Produce and edit a range of materials including pitchbooks, invitations, logos, maps and other marketing assets
  • Format documents to a high standard within both corporate and bespoke templates
  • Ensure all work complies with copyright guidelines and company standards
  • Proofread your own work and support quality checks across the team
  • Assist with presentation training materials for UK departments
  • Provide general administrative support related to the role
  • Support wider Facilities team tasks as required

What you'll bring

  • Essential:
    • Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word, with intermediate Excel
    • Experience working in a client-focused environment, ideally within banking or financial services
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under pressure
    • Confident communicating with stakeholders at all levels
    • Proactive, flexible and a strong team player
  • Desirable

    • Experience in a desktop publishing or similar role
    • Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
    • Willingness to work additional hours when required
