What you'll do

• Deliver exceptional hospitality services

  by ensuring all meetings, events, and dining experiences are provided to the highest standards.

• Build strong client relationships

  to enhance customer satisfaction and identify opportunities to increase hospitality sales and revenue.

• Support operational management

  through order processing, departmental administration, SOP implementation, and collaboration with internal teams.

• Manage financial and stock controls

  , including weekly stock takes, wastage monitoring, reporting, and maintaining profit margins.

• Lead and develop the hospitality team

  through daily briefings, training, performance management, and maintaining up-to-date training records.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations

  , including equipment safety checks, food safety monitoring, and incident reporting.

• Deputise for the Hospitality Manager when required

  , taking full ownership of the department, leading by example, and supporting the wider management team in achieving business objectives.

What you'll bring

• Proven experience managing large-volume hospitality operations, ideally in a corporate or hotel environment.
• Strong client relationship management skills with a focus on exceptional service delivery.
• 2 years experience in leading, motivating, and developing a dynamic hospitality/Dining team in corporate or hotel environment
• Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
• The ability to demonstrate innovative, creative ideas and have a genuine interest in all aspects of the catering & hospitality business.
• Confident managing financial budgets and meeting operational targets. Responsible for correctly monitoring and controlling all processes to deliver margins in line with company targets, including stock levels and wastage.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Strong computer skills- must be proficient in Microsoft Office
• Role requires flexibility for shifts between the hours of 7am and 20,00, Monday to Friday. (39 hours per week)
• The ability to demonstrate innovative, creative ideas and have a genuine interest in all aspects of the catering & hospitality business.
• Full Irish Drivers Licence with 2 years experience required.
