You'll maintain a visible presence on site, monitor service performance, manage operational issues, support compliance and drive continuous improvement across all service areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the day-to-day delivery of catering, cleaning, security and facilities services.
  • Lead and support local teams, driving engagement, performance and development.
  • Ensure all services meet contractual standards, KPIs and customer expectations.
  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and respond professionally to service requests.
  • Conduct regular inspections, audits and quality checks across all service lines.
  • Oversee cleaning standards, schedules, equipment, stock and consumables.
  • Support the effective management of security operations, including access control, incident reporting and compliance.
  • Coordinate contractors, suppliers and specialist support services.
  • Promote a strong culture of health, safety, security and compliance.
  • Manage delegated budgets, labour, consumables and operational resources.
  • Support audits, incident management, emergency response and business continuity planning.
  • Identify opportunities to improve service quality, efficiency and sustainability.

What we're looking for

Essential

  • Experience within facilities management, workplace services, security, hospitality or a similar operational environment.
  • Experience coordinating multiple service lines and leading operational teams or supervisors.
  • Good knowledge of catering, cleaning, security and general facilities management services.
  • Experience monitoring performance against KPIs, service standards and customer expectations.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety, risk management and compliance requirements.
  • Experience managing colleagues, including performance, attendance, training and development.
  • Excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience coordinating contractors, suppliers and specialist service providers.
  • Strong organisational, problem-solving and prioritisation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage sensitive operational and security information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound operational decisions.
  • Good IT skills, including reporting, audit, incident management and workplace management systems.

  • Knowledge of Security Industry Authority (SIA) requirements and experience overseeing licensed security services.
  • Food Safety qualification or practical catering experience.
  • Experience managing cleaning teams, including COSHH and quality assurance.
  • Experience within a corporate or client-facing environment.
