We’re looking for a detail‑driven and collaborative Asset Co‑ordinator to support the Estates team at Hereford County Hospital. In this key role, you’ll help ensure all physical assets across the site are accurately recorded, verified and maintained within our CAFM system (Maximo), enabling safe, compliant and efficient operations.
Working closely with the Interim Asset Manager, Projects Team and wider Estates colleagues, you’ll play a vital part in embedding verified asset data into business‑as‑usual processes and supporting the hospital’s long‑term asset management strategy.

(All duties drawn from the attached job description,including: “Review and validate asset information…”, “Reconcile verified assetdata…”, and “Maintain robust audit trails for asset changes in line with PFI contractual requirements.”)
