What you'll do
- Learn how to maintain and care for buildings, equipment and workplace facilities
- Work alongside experienced engineers and technicians to develop your practical skills
- Gain hands-on experience supporting maintenance activities and day-to-day operations
- Learn how to identify faults and understand how equipment and systems work
- Develop your knowledge of engineering, maintenance and workplace safety
- Learn to follow maintenance procedures and Health & Safety requirements
- Build your problem-solving, communication and teamwork skills
- Complete your apprenticeship training and put your new knowledge into practice
- Take on new challenges as your skills, knowledge and confidence grow
