Salary: £50,000–£60,000 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week, five days per week
Working pattern: 07:00–16:00, with overtime as required
Contract: Permanent, full time

As Head Chef at Unilever 100VE, you will lead the kitchen team in producing excellent food and delivering memorable events. Combining creativity with strong kitchen management, you will maintain high standards across food preparation, presentation and service.

This is an opportunity for an experienced chef who enjoys developing a team, creating appealing menus and making every service count.

What you’ll do

• Lead day-to-day kitchen operations, delivering consistently high-quality food.

• Plan and deliver menus for workplace dining, hospitality and events.

• Support, coach and organise the kitchen team to deliver an efficient service.

• Manage ordering, stock rotation and food waste, keeping quality and cost control in focus.

• Maintain food safety, allergen management and kitchen hygiene standards.

• Work closely with the site team to understand requirements and deliver successful events.

What you bring

• Experience leading a kitchen team as a Head Chef or in a comparable senior culinary role.

• A passion for fresh, well-presented food and excellent service.

• The ability to organise daily food production alongside hospitality and event requirements.

• A practical understanding of food safety, allergens and kitchen health and safety.

• Confidence managing stock, food costs and waste.

• Clear communication skills and a supportive approach to team leadership.
