Are you passionate about food and ready to start your career in the kitchen? Sodexo is looking for a motivated Trainee Chef/Apprentice to join our team in Aldershot! This is a fantastic opportunity to learn new skills, gain hands-on experience and develop your passion for cooking alongside an experienced kitchen team.

What you'll do:

- The ability to work well as part of a team in a busy kitchen environment.
- Good attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food hygiene and safety.
- No previous kitchen experience is necessary, just a willingness to learn and a desire to succeed!
What you bring:
- Previous experience in a professional cooking or catering role is essential.
- Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene and kitchen procedures.
- Able to work independently, manage your time and prioritise tasks.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable, self-motivated and confident working alone.
- Positive and flexible, with the ability to work well with others and follow procedures.
