About the Role

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Front of House & Administration Officer to join our team at the Central Bank of Ireland.

As the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and contractors, you will play a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional, and efficient front-of-house experience while also supporting day-to-day administrative and workplace operations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced corporate environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a professional and welcoming Front of House experience
  • Manage visitor registration, access badges, and security procedures
  • Handle phone, email, and in-person enquiries
  • Provide administrative support including stationery, couriers, taxis, parking, and meeting support
  • Log and escalate facilities or building issues where required
  • Support workplace compliance checks and helpdesk follow-up
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and handover notes
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and service excellence initiatives

About You

Essential

  • Previous experience in Front of House, Reception, Administration, or Customer Service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional, organised, and detail-oriented
  • Strong customer service mindset
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and administrative systems
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure

Desirable

  • Experience within a corporate, financial services, or regulated environment
  • Experience using visitor management systems
