Sodexo is looking for a Workplace Supervisor to support the day-to-day operations at Microsoft Ireland CAB in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused professional with facilities experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, building relationships and ensuring the workplace operates to the highest standards.

Working closely with the Facilities Manager and wider workplace team, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless, safe and welcoming experience for employees, visitors and contractors.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Delivering exceptional customer service: Acting as a key point of contact for Microsoft employees, visitors and contractors, ensuring everyone receives a professional and welcoming experience.
  • Supporting facilities operations: Assisting the Facilities Manager with the smooth day-to-day running of the site and maintaining high service standards.
  • Maintaining workplace standards: Conducting regular building and floor walks, identifying issues and ensuring facilities, equipment and office fixtures are maintained safely and effectively.
  • Health & Safety compliance: Supporting site health and safety activities, completing safety walks and near-miss observations, and assisting with emergency and evacuation procedures.
  • Managing contractors and maintenance: Tracking planned preventative maintenance reports, monitoring remedial works and ensuring maintenance tickets are raised and closed promptly.
  • Coordinating workplace activities: Supporting office moves, locker allocations, access requests, signage updates and various facilities projects.
  • Monitoring site services: Completing building inspections and car park audits, recording violations and identifying opportunities to improve the workplace environment.
  • Supporting the wider team: Providing cover for the Lobby Host and Facilities Manager when required, assisting with inductions and helping colleagues deliver a consistently excellent service.
  • Driving continuous improvement: Identifying opportunities to improve service delivery, operational efficiency and the overall workplace experience.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a proactive, organised and approachable individual who takes pride in delivering excellent service and maintaining a professional working environment.

You'll ideally have:

  • Previous experience working within a facilities team or a customer-focused operational environment.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • A good understanding of Health & Safety procedures and relevant workplace requirements.
  • The ability to respond quickly to problems, prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure.
  • Confidence working independently, using your own initiative and following instructions from management and clients.
  • A flexible, hands-on approach and a willingness to support colleagues wherever needed.
  • A positive, can-do attitude with a commitment to continuous improvement and high standards.
