We are looking for a Workplace Experience Co-ordinator to support the delivery of workplace and client services at our clients site in Reading.
Reporting to the Multi Site Operations Manager, you will help ensure services are delivered to the highest standards while providing excellent customer service to employees, visitors and clients. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that involves coordinating services, supporting daily operations and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
Coordinate workplace and client services across the site
Act as a key point of contact for clients, colleagues and contractors
Ensure services are delivered to agreed standards and specifications
Support the management of suppliers and external vendors
Manage client enquiries, bookings and events
Service and maintain vending machines
Work closely with the facilities team to resolve issues
Complete administrative tasks and operational reports
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, COSHH and company policies
Report incidents, issues or customer feedback promptly
Previous management or reception experience
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
Good IT skills
A team player with a flexible, hands-on approach
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
