Workplace Support Coordinator

We are currently recruiting for a Workplace Support Coordinator to join our team and provide efficient, professional, and cost-effective workplace support services at a prestigious corporate client site. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and customer-focused individual with facilities management experience to work in a fast-paced professional environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the workplace, maintaining high service standards, supporting health & safety compliance, and building strong relationships with both the client and service providers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver workplace support services in line with Service Level Agreements
  • Carry out daily floor walks covering H&S, security, cleaning, and maintenance
  • Act as first point of contact for facilities-related enquiries
  • Monitor helpdesk requests and ensure timely resolution
  • Maintain site security procedures, records, and business continuity documentation
  • Complete inductions for new starters and contractors
  • Support access cards, signage, and general workplace administration
  • Produce reports and maintain accurate compliance records
  • Carry out weekly H&S inspections and report hazards
  • Support office moves and other ad-hoc site duties as required

About You

  • Previous experience in Facilities Management or Workplace Services
  • Good understanding of workplace operations and H&S requirements
  • Strong IT skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Able to work independently, prioritise workload, and use initiative
  • Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving skills
  • Professional, reliable, and a strong team player
  • Flexible approach to working hours when required
