Workplace Experience Coordinator

Royston

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Workplace Experience Operative to support the smooth running of our client site and deliver a high-quality workplace experience for building users.

This is a varied role within a fast-paced corporate environment where you will support daily facilities operations, maintain service standards, and ensure a welcoming and well-managed workplace for employees and visitors.

What you'll do

  • Build positive relationships with building users and deliver excellent customer service.

  • Support daily facilities operations to ensure a seamless workplace experience.

  • Maintain vending machines and ensure they remain clean and operational.

  • Replenish consumables such as stationery cupboards and printer rooms.

  • Escort contractors around the site when required.

  • Respond to equipment faults and report issues where necessary.

  • Ensure all work follows health and safety procedures.

  • Support additional duties when required, including occasional cleaning or assisting the logistics team.

What you'll bring

  • Experience in customer service and ideally Facilities Management.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with people at all levels.

  • Good IT skills and organisational ability.

  • Able to manage a varied workload in a fast-paced environment.

  • Flexible, reliable, and able to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.

  • Full clean driving licence required.
