Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:30

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Technical Administrator to join our team at the Unilever site in Bebington. This is a newly created role, offering an exciting opportunity to support the technical team and contribute to the smooth running of site operations.
You will play a key role in providing administrative support, ensuring documentation, systems, and processes are maintained to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the technical team
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and filing systems
- Support reporting processes and ensure data is kept up to date
- Assist with scheduling, coordination, and communication across teams
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and standards
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Confident using Microsoft Office and general IT systems
- Strong communication skills and a team-focused approach
