As a Supervisor at TU Dublin Lowerhouse, you will play an important role in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the smooth running of the site. You will lead, support and motivate team members, ensuring that work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards.You will act as a key point of contact for staff and management, helping to maintain a positive working environment, deliver excellent customer service and ensure company policies and procedures are followed.

What you'll do

• Allocate duties and responsibilities to team members.
• Monitor staff performance and ensure tasks are completed to the required standards.
• Provide guidance, support and training to employees.
• Ensure excellent customer service and deal with customer queries or complaints professionally.
• Maintain high standards of health, safety and cleanliness.
• Ensure company policies, procedures and operational standards are followed.
• Assist with staff scheduling, attendance and daily work planning.
• Monitor stock, equipment and supplies where required.
• Identify and resolve operational issues efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with management and team members.
• Support the recruitment, induction and development of new staff where required.
• Lead by example and promote teamwork and a positive working environment.
