Job Description:
We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Steward to join our team and help deliver high-quality food and beverage service within the dining room and associated areas.
You will support daily dining services and functions, ensuring excellent customer service, high standards of cleanliness and compliance with food safety and health and safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional food and beverage service to customers.
- Maintain high standards of personal hygiene, appearance and conduct.
- Assist with basic food preparation as required.
- Support the preparation and delivery of functions and events.
- Keep dining areas and other front and back of house areas clean and tidy.
- Follow cleaning schedules and use cleaning products safely in line with COSHH requirements.
- Complete required documentation accurately.
- Report equipment defects, damage and breakages promptly to management.
- Follow food safety, health and safety and company quality procedures.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver an excellent dining experience.
- Continue to develop your skills and knowledge through training and on-the-job learning.
What You’ll Need:

- Reliable, organised and attentive to detail.
- Willing to learn and develop within the role.
Desirable: Silver Service training or experience.
