At Sodexo, we’re passionate about our people. We know that our teams are the key to delivering exceptional service and creating meaningful experiences for our clients, customers, and employees.
We’re looking for a proactive and detail‑driven Space Planner to join our team and support a major EMEA‑wide contract. In this role, you’ll manage space planning projects from initial brief through to completion, using data analysis, workplace insights, and creative problem‑solving to design and optimise effective workplace layouts.
As the first point of contact for space planning needs, you’ll collaborate closely with clients, site teams, designers, architects, and a wide range of stakeholders. Your ability to understand requirements, translate them into practical solutions, and present clear data, reports, and design outputs will be essential to your success.
You’ll also maintain accurate space data and may support additional activities such as occupancy planning, space utilisation studies, and other client‑driven tasks as they arise.
This is a remote role open to applicants across the EMEA, with travel required to client sites and locations across the EMEA region.
