3 weeks on / 3 weeks off (73.5 hours worked during each on-shift, with continuous pay based on 36.75 hours per week)

As Sous Chef, you'll support the Head Chef and Chef Manager in delivering an exceptional food service while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, health and safety.
You'll help lead the kitchen team, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and contribute to creating a positive dining experience for every customer.
