You will work closely with operational, commercial, culinary, technical and supply chain teams to create solutions that are competitive, sustainable and aligned to Sodexo’s strategic direction. Main Responsibilities

  • Support the development and delivery of innovative, client‑centric solutions across food, FM and integrated service models
  • Translate client needs, market trends and operational insights into compelling solution designs
  • Collaborate with operational, commercial, culinary and technical teams to ensure solutions are deliverable and commercially viable
  • Contribute to major bids, rebids and strategic commercial opportunities with high‑quality solution content
  • Analyse data, consumer insights and competitor activity to inform solution development
  • Ensure solutions align with Sodexo’s sustainability, safety, quality and compliance standards
  • Support mobilisation and implementation of new solutions across multi‑site environments
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation across the solution design process

The Ideal Candidate

You will bring experience in solution design, bid development, operational improvement or commercial roles within foodservice, FM or integrated services, with the ability to:

  • Create innovative, commercially robust solutions that meet client needs
  • Understand operational delivery models and translate them into practical, scalable solutions
  • Work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality outputs
  • Communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to senior stakeholders
  • Use data, insight and market intelligence to inform solution design
  • Balance creativity with commercial and operational realism
  • Champion continuous improvement, innovation and client‑centric thinking
