We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Soft Services Facilities Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation in Facilities Management.

As a Soft Services Facilities Manager you'll:

• Lead the delivery of integrated facilities management services, ensuring exceptional service standards across the site.
• Inspire, develop, and support a diverse team, creating a positive, high-performing culture where everyone can thrive.
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, acting as the main point of contact and ensuring their expectations are consistently exceeded.
• Drive operational excellence by managing multiple services, including catering, cleaning, security, and workplace services.
• Take ownership of financial performance, managing budgets, controlling costs, and identifying opportunities to improve profitability.
• Champion health, safety, food safety, and compliance, ensuring all statutory and company standards are met.
• Monitor service performance through audits, KPIs, and customer feedback, implementing improvements where needed.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management, helping your team develop and reach their full potential.
• Identify opportunities to grow the business, improve services, and strengthen long-term client partnerships.
• Work collaboratively with department managers to ensure seamless day-to-day operations across the site.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and exceptional customer service.
• Ensure the site operates efficiently while delivering outstanding experiences for clients, customers, and colleagues.

What we're looking for

• Significant management experience within Facilities Management, contract services or a comparable multi-service operation.
• Experience leading multiple soft service lines, such as catering, cleaning and workplace services.
• Experience working within a manufacturing, production or similarly fast-paced operational environment is preferred.
• A strong track record of leading managers, supervisors and operational teams.
• Experience managing a demanding client or senior stakeholder relationship.
• Strong commercial awareness, including experience of budget management, labour control, forecasting and financial performance.
• Experience managing operational performance against KPIs, SLAs, audits and compliance standards.
• Strong knowledge of health & safety and operational compliance.
• The confidence to challenge, influence and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Evidence of improving operational performance and developing high-performing teams.
• A hands-on leadership style with the ability to remain visible and engaged with the operation.
• An IOSH qualification and Food Safety Level 3 would also be advantageous.
